Your role:
W. Lane currently has an opportunity for a Fashion Store Manager to lead the team in Chatswood Chase. As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the daily running of the store and have a direct impact in its success. It is a busy but exciting role where you will focus on:
- Delivering exceptional customer services
- Maintaining and growing the loyalty program
- Taking ownership of sales budgets and wages target
- Leading, coaching and developing your team to achieve store KPI’s
- Implementing store presentation through visual merchandising and efficient stock management
- Managing safety by adhering to health and safety policies and standards
You will need:
- Previous management experience in fashion or fast paced retail
- Proven leadership with strong communication skills
- Excellent time management, and a flair for merchandising
- Experience in working with KPI’s and budgets
